An interesting side effect of this new medication I’m taking is that it makes me want to drink black coffee.

I find this very odd since I’m normally a cream and two sugars type of guy.

Wine For Breakfast. Why Not?

A week or so ago I went to a wine a spirits store with a lady friend to buy a bottle or two of wine. After perusing the aisles for awhile my friend made a few selections based on the, “Ehhh I’ll give it a try” method. When we got to the counter, the owner said, and I quote, “This is a really nice wine. It goes great with bacon.”

Again, she said THIS WINE GOES GREAT WITH BACON

I found this really awesome shirt on threadless.com:

I do realize that it’s actually kind of a weird shirt. I can’t explain why I like it so much, but I do. I think I could really rock the lion wearing glasses shirt.

Any thoughts?

For a while now I’ve increasingly become more and more intolerable of this mole I have on my forehead. I doubt many people have really even noticed it, but it’s finally gotten to the point where it’s driving me crazy.

Such A Happy Look On My Face. That's How Much I Hate The Mole!

Hopefully on Monday I can make an appointment to have it removed ASAP.

Fun Fact: This will actually be the second mole I’ve had removed from my face. The first was on my right cheek. I had it removed when I was in seventh grade because I hated it too. Oddly enough the mole on my forehead was only a big freckle at the time.

Here’s a link to some interesting mole information. Also there’s a gross picture of a mole on there as well.

The Coffee Miracle

For weeks now the coffee pot in my office has randomly been filling itself up to the brim. By filling itself up, I mean we’ll make a pot of coffee, drink several cups, and come back and it will be more full of coffee than it was when we first made it. This oddity of a malfunctioning coffee pot has cause quite a stir among a few people, including myself. No one seemed to understand how this was happening. The coffee pot is a simple machine; it shouldn’t just randomly fill itself up with more coffee.

Yesterday, right after another miracle of resurrecting coffee, we were all talking about it again and I just happened to say something about it to this guy who works here. He then replied nonchalantly, “Yeah it’s always full because I’ve been filling it up with water. I’ve just been doing it to mess with you guys.”

Once I processed what he said and all the pieces came together, I couldn’t stop laughing at the absurdity of it. He seriously has been messing with us for weeks and we had no idea.

That’s some serious commitment.

Me and Jack

I wanted to post this photo on Friday but the alarm clock was giving us problems that morning and then our Internet has been acting up all weekend.

I just think its funny to photoshop my face into random pictures.

This was actually the best one. The last photo I uploaded said that I looked like Lee Harvey Oswald.

A Pretty Good Friday Night

Last night we went out with some friends to celebrate a birthday. We ate some Mexican food, laughed, joked, and ended up at a place in Franklin called Dolan’s. While at Dolan’s Heather saw her friend Leslee who just some happens to be a Miller Light girl on the weekends.

While Heather and Leslee are buddies I had never formally met Leslee. So Leslee and I got to talking and she asked me to participate in a Miller Light taste test/survey. Although in the end I picked Bud Light over Miller Light, Leslee still said that Heather and I had won an awesome prize.

After 10 minutes of Leslee digging through her Miller Light cooler, Heather and I are now the proud owners of Titans tickets for next saturday’s game against the the Atlanta Falcons.
