While out with the business associate and his wife last night we ventured into a karaoke bar in our pursuit in drinking all the beer in New Orleans. At some point in the night two girls came in wearing these crazy Mardi Gras masks and stood next to us. After awhile the business associate’s wife leaned over to me and said that the girls in the masks were actually very pretty but you really couldn’t tell because they had their faces covered (she saw them in the bathroom). So I leaned over to one of the masked girls and said, “Hey! I think you’re probably kind of cute, but I can’t tell because of your silly mask.”
The masked girl then pulled her mask and asked what I thought.
While she was very pretty, I jokingly told her she was just alright and that I liked her better with the mask on*.
The business associate’s wife thought this was hilarious.
